Both studios offer full-service color and extension work, including lived-in and root-shadowed blondes, balayage, highlights, vivid and creative color, color correction for work done elsewhere, precision and specialty cuts, and extension move-ups. Extensions are hand-tied invisible beaded rows (SuperWefts), keratin tips and tape-ins (SecreTapes). Hand-tied rows are installed without heat, glue or chemicals, and the attachment points are hidden. Extension hair is single donor, 100% human, cuticle aligned and double drawn, comes in more than 30 colors, and is offered in lengths from 14 to 28 inches. Color is matched and toned in the salon to a client's natural shade or the look they want.

New guests must book a New-Client Consultation, which starts at $15, is done in person before select services, and secures the appointment with a card on file; a stylist may waive the fee. During the consultation the stylist looks at the hair, discusses goals and budget, and plans the service before any color or extensions are applied. Extension consultations cover a hair assessment, color matching with swatches, goal setting, an itemized investment quote and care education. Blonding is quoted at consultation by stylist level and the amount of work needed, and the stylist sets the number of sessions before work begins. Large transformations may be split across two visits, and the salon says so at the start. Services are by appointment only, and clients can book online at any time. Color and extension appointments usually book two to three weeks out, while consultations and cuts open sooner.

Policies are set out clearly. Cancellations made 72 or more hours ahead carry no fee; cancellations 24 to 72 hours ahead incur 50% of the scheduled total; cancellations under 24 hours ahead and no-shows incur 100%. Color correction cancellations made within 24 hours carry a $250 fee. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may lead to cancellation at the stylist's discretion with a 50% fee. Extension services are for guests 16 and up, and color services are for guests 13 and up. Extension clients sign a Hair Extension Installation Agreement and Liability Waiver before hair is ordered. A non-refundable extension deposit covers the custom-ordered hair and is applied toward installation. The extension warranty lasts 12 months or more when hair is cared for as recommended. Affirm financing is available for eligible services, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on eligibility.

Both studios welcome clients Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm. The Val Vista Lakes studio is at 3641 E Baseline Rd, Suite 103, Gilbert, AZ 85234, where Val Vista meets Baseline, sharing a parking lot with a Taco Bell. The North Mesa studio is at 2036 N Gilbert Rd, Suite 1, Mesa, AZ 85203, on the Gilbert Road and McKellips corner, with EOS Gym on one side and a UPS Store on the other. Parking is free at both locations, a few steps from the entrance. Either studio can be reached at (480) 548-1886, and inquiries receive a reply from the front desk within one business day.
