Lash extensions come in several styles: a classic set with one extension per natural lash, a hybrid of classic and handmade volume lashes, a full volume set of handmade lashes, and a mega volume set. Wet lash sets use closed volume fans for a dense, dark wet look and can be made light and natural or bold. Anime lashes can be added to any set and stacked for a bolder look. Mega volume sets use 8 to 15 lashes per natural lash and are not recommended for sparse or thin natural lashes or for long-time extension wearers. Classic refills are booked two to three weeks after a set, and a one-week touch-up cleans the lashes and fills noticeable gaps. A refill needs at least 30% of the lashes to remain; otherwise a full set is booked.

Other services include lash lifts alone or with a lash tint, brow tint with brow maintenance, brow maintenance, brow lamination, lip waxing, and lash removal. A Dermalogica and Esthemax Hydrojelly facial lets clients choose a mask suited to their skin, with red light therapy included. Listed starting prices include lip waxing from $7, brow maintenance from $10 and the Hydrojelly facial from $60. A free 30-minute consultation is offered, and a patch test is listed as well.

Lash and brow education is offered in Austin and Victoria, Texas. A demo class covers lash extensions, brow lamination and threading, and it requires a $50 deposit.

To book, a non-refundable deposit of half the service fee is required. It counts toward the appointment, is sent by email or text invoice, and must be paid before the appointment or the booking is cancelled. Cancellations are requested at least 48 hours ahead; a deposit may go toward a rescheduled visit if cancelled earlier than that window. Same-day cancellations for emergencies should be made before the appointment time, and no-shows are charged the full service fee. Lash lift and tint deposits are kept if cancelled within 24 hours.
