The services fall into several groups: IV drips, HydraFacials and other facials, body composition scans, powder brows, pigmentation and hair restoration programs, medical weight loss, and peptide therapy. The IV menu has thirteen formulas, including Cold & Flu Rescue, Morning After, which is marketed for hangover treatment, and Spark, marketed for energy and focus. Clients can also build their own bag with a Custom IV Drip. The spa no longer offers microblading, but its powder brow technique is a semi-permanent gradient finish with a touch-up usually needed within 6 to 8 weeks.
The pigment program is a multi-step, customized plan rather than a single session. It combines in-office treatments, medical-grade skincare and barrier repair, and is guided by a nurse practitioner. The hair program is aimed at early to moderate thinning and pairs a scalp treatment with scalp microneedling and Votesse internal support, with minimal downtime. Medical weight loss uses GLP-1 medications within a provider-supervised plan that includes nutrition and fitness guidance, and virtual consultations are available.
Deposits are $50 for HydraFacials, PCA facials and IV drips, and a $75 consultation fee applies to powder brows, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, hair restoration and the pigment program. These fees are non-refundable but count toward treatment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, with a $25 fee for later cancellations and the full service fee for no-shows. Purchased treatments and packages expire after 12 months, and services are not performed if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Monthly payment plans are available through Cherry, PatientFi and CareCredit.
