The lounge is open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 3pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm. It is an adults-only space for guests 18 and older, and it welcomes men and women at every level of experience. Sessions take place in private suites or a private enclosed booth, and visits include a robe, slippers, a relaxation lounge and a hydration bar. Some treatments are not recommended for people who are pregnant, have pacemakers or implanted electrical or metal devices, are photosensitive, have active fever or contagious illness, or have certain other conditions, and guests with concerns are asked to consult a physician first.
Infrared sauna sessions last 30 or 45 minutes and cost $49 or $59. The sauna is a Sunlighten mPulse unit that combines near, mid and far infrared with red light. Red light sessions cost $49 and use a Max Miracle 9600 bed, which emits red light at around 660nm and near-infrared up to 910nm. According to the salon, the bed is an FDA-listed Class II medical device made at an FDA-listed facility in St. Louis, Missouri, and the red light system is described by the salon as clinical-grade, FDA-cleared photobiomodulation technology. Each red light visit runs 30 minutes in total, with about 8 to 15 minutes in the bed and 10 minutes on the vibration plate, which is included at no extra charge.
Halotherapy is a 30-minute dry salt aerosol session in an enclosed HaloStar booth that disperses pharmaceutical-grade salt into the air, priced at $35. PEMF sessions cost $45 for 30 minutes on a Sedona Longevity Lounger, which has a full-body coil system, zero-gravity positioning and multi-frequency programming, and sessions include guided meditation audio, a heated eye mask and a eucalyptus towel to finish. Lymphatic compression is a 30-minute, $35 session on NormaTec Elite boots: the client sits in a recliner while the boots run a zone-based pulsing sequence, with no hands-on work.
Memberships require a three-month minimum initial commitment, after which they can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Detox 4 is $149 a month for four mix-and-match visits, Detox 8 is $199 a month for eight, and Detox Unlimited is $249 a month for unlimited access. Each membership allows one visit per modality per day and includes a complimentary robe. Corporate Detox Unlimited is $199 per month each for 5 to 9 employees and $149 each for 10 or more, with a six-month minimum. Guests can be added to sauna or halotherapy sessions for an extra fee, and HSA and FSA funds are accepted through a Truemed partnership for qualified customers. Sauna, halotherapy, PEMF and compression bookings ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Services can be booked online or by calling or texting 858-988-6358, and gift cards are available.
The focus is on guidance before and during each visit and a practical plan for building a routine that fits around daily life.
