The studio is open weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm and on weekends from 10 am to 3 pm, and its staff speak Spanish.

The lash menu includes a lash lift that lifts and curls natural lashes without extensions, and full sets in several styles: classic, hybrid, angel, volume, MEGA volume and customized. Classic, hybrid, angel and volume sets take about 1.5 hours, MEGA volume sets about 2 hours and customized sets about 2.5 hours. Customized sets are tailored to each client's preferences and handcrafted for every set. Refills replace extensions that have been lost or have grown out, and removal is also offered.

Brow services include shaping and tinting. Permanent makeup for brows and lips, done as semi-permanent tattooing, can correct asymmetry and enhance color, and it requires a touch-up. Nail services are offered under the names Nails by Amaily and Nailz by Lia.

Lash clients are asked to keep lashes dry for four to six hours after application and to skip exercise, hot yoga, saunas and swimming for 24 hours. Daily cleaning with the studio's lash cleanser and avoiding oil-based products around the eyes are recommended. Because natural lashes shed a few each day, a fill is usually needed every two to three weeks. The studio does not work on lash fills done elsewhere and is not responsible for lashes after 48 hours.

For payment, the remaining balance is due in cash, and online payments carry a percentage fee. The studio also sells lash aftercare and tools, and online orders over $60 ship free.
