The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm, with no weekend appointments, and the last appointment of the day starts at 4pm. Appointments can be booked up to 30 days ahead. New clients can join a waitlist, which is checked weekly and filled as openings become available.

Gel overlays use BIAB or hard gel applied over the natural nail for added strength and structure, finished with a dry manicure and a solid polish color of the client's choice. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. No-shows and changes made within 24 hours are charged half the service price and require a new booking with a new deposit. Up to two reschedules are allowed, and a third carries a $30 deposit charge.
