A standard IV visit takes about 40 minutes to an hour, and timed drips run one, two or four hours. Patients complete an intake form at dripology.co before treatment covering medical history and allergies. Aesthetic appointments are usually booked five to seven days out, and same-day IV visits depend on nurse availability. Payment is collected after treatment by major credit card, HSA or FSA card, PayPal or Venmo. IV treatments are not covered by insurance, but a receipt is provided that may be submitted for reimbursement depending on the patient's plan.

Concierge services send nurses to homes, hotels, offices, sets or private events in greater Los Angeles and New York City, and the business says its mobile drips are the same clinic-grade drips offered at the clinic. Corporate wellness is delivered on-site at client offices for teams of 10 to 200 people, and event IV and vitamin services are offered for groups of 10 to 200 guests. A separate Dripology Rx arm offers telehealth prescriptions for peptides, GLP-1s and compounded medications, shipped nationwide.

Wellness memberships are available in Santa Monica and New York City, with Essential at $39 per month, Essential+ at $99, Gold at $299 and Platinum at $499. Memberships run on an initial three-month commitment and then month to month, with no sign-up fee. Aesthetic memberships are monthly facial and skin plans currently offered only in Santa Monica, where the New York City version is described as coming soon.

Every medical and aesthetic service is performed under the supervision of a licensed physician, and IV services are delivered by licensed registered nurses.

Santa Monica visits include complimentary drinks and snacks, red light therapy and Normatec compression boots.
