Booking requires a $27 deposit at the time of booking, of which $25 goes toward the service and $2 is a processing fee. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the salon cancels. An appointment can be rescheduled once, at least 24 hours ahead, and keeps the same deposit; later changes count as a new booking. The balance is paid in cash or through Zelle, and other payment apps add a small fee. Clients have 10 minutes of grace time, after which a $15 late fee applies, and appointments are canceled after 15 minutes. No-shows, same-day cancellations and no-call absences are charged 50% of the service to the card on file. Clients who are feeling ill are asked to reschedule.

Elaborate nail work is charged through add-on pricing plus a $50 freestyle fee, which covers bespoke or intricate looks, several shades on one set, ombré, metallic chrome, foil, cat-eye effects, and gems or sparkle. Changing an existing design is priced according to the design itself. Sets involving nail art or diamonds should be confirmed with the nail technician beforehand. Appointments in the late evening or very early morning carry a $45 charge. A one-hour hookah add-on, which includes one session and one drink, is available to guests aged 21 and older who show valid ID. Gift cards can be purchased and their balance checked on the website.

Pricing is set per service, with add-ons and a freestyle fee for custom or detailed designs, and the nail tech is consulted on design-heavy work before booking.
