The salon is open Tuesday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients book online through the salon's GlossGenius page, and the salon aims to make everyone feel welcome when they arrive.

Services are grouped into acrylic and Gel-X extensions, manicures, pedicures, polygel sculpting, nail art, kids services, repairs and removals. Many prices are listed as starting amounts, with a full fullset costing more as length increases. Pedicure packages go beyond a basic polish, and adding hot paraffin wax to any pedicure is a $15 add-on.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and can be scheduled for delivery, though gift card sales are final.

Cancellation terms apply: cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice is charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file, and same-day cancellations are charged the full service cost. Refunds are not given. If a client is unhappy, the salon will try to correct the nails, since time and product have already been used.

The salon focuses on helping newly graduated technicians grow their careers and on ongoing hands-on training, mentorship and continued education for its team.
