Registered nurses give the treatments under the direction of radiation oncologist Dr. Paul Y. Song. The company says all treatments are given by licensed nurses under medical director oversight. After booking, the company contacts each client to confirm medical clearance. On the day, the nurse mixes the solution in front of the client, who can see every ingredient, then hangs a saline bag above the head so fluid flows into the veins by gravity over time. A typical visit lasts about 45 minutes to an hour.

Drips are grouped under Feeling Sick, NAD+ Treatments, Optimize Health and Recovery. Feeling Sick includes Immunity, Migraine, Stress Relief, Hangover, Food Poisoning, Super Immunity, Super IV and C-Suite drips, listed from $295 up to $900. Optimize Health includes Hydration, Flawless, Her, Myers Cocktail and Super Cleanse drips. Clients can pick a treatment or ask a nurse for a recommendation, and treatments are tailored to the individual. A $100 deposit is required, and same-day cancellations forfeit it. Appointments canceled within an hour of the scheduled time are charged the full price of the services booked. A $25 rush fee applies to appointments in the 7-9 AM or 4-6 PM windows. Travel is free within 24 miles of the client, then $35 at 25 miles, $45 at 30, $55 at 35 and $65 at 40 miles or more. The company says it uses hospital-grade equipment in San Francisco. It notes that its services have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and it advises clients to consult their physician before any treatment.
