DRIP started in 2022 as a mobile IV hydration service. It has since grown into a medical spa and men's health clinic in Miami Lakes. Jessica Zaldivar and Damien Zaldivar founded the business, and it serves clients from Miami Lakes, Hialeah, Doral, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Miami Gardens and surrounding South Florida communities.

The clinic combines aesthetics, facials, health and wellness, men's health, women's hormone therapy and preventive primary care. Care is offered in the office and as at-home IV and wellness visits. Staff speak Spanish. Services are by appointment, with hours Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 7:30 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (Saturdays by appointment only). The clinic is closed on Sundays. Payment plans and flexible payment options are offered.

The aesthetic menu covers Botox and other neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP, microneedling, medical-grade chemical peels, Kybella lipodissolve, XERF skin tightening and Ultra LaseMD laser resurfacing. A Botox appointment usually runs 15 to 20 minutes with little or no recovery time, and starts with an assessment of facial movement before any units are injected. Botox is charged by the unit, and the practice provides an estimate at the consultation. The practice's typical unit counts are 10 to 20 for forehead lines, 20 to 25 for frown lines, 10 to 15 per side for crow's feet, and 40 to 60 for the full upper face. A complimentary two-week follow-up can be arranged if it is needed, and a topical numbing cream is available on request. Wrinkle relaxers are listed at $12 per unit, and the total depends on the number of units in a custom plan.

Pricing is listed as follows. Facials run from $129 for the Teen Facial to $249 for the Booty Bliss Facial. IV drips are listed from $215 to $245. A single NAD+ shot is $49, and a NAD+ IV drip is $299. Direct primary care is a monthly membership starting at $995, billed without insurance, with family discounts for additional adults and teens 16 and older. Medically managed weight loss programs with semaglutide or tirzepatide require a 3-month commitment, are paid in full before starting, and can be financed.

Plans are shaped by in-house lab testing, clinical assessment and medical supervision. Medical treatments are carried out or overseen by licensed healthcare staff, in keeping with Florida regulations.
