Most of the menu is built around blonding and highlighting. The Coastal Series comes in full, partial and mini versions, depending on how much of the hair is lightened, and there is a hand-painted blonding option called Ocean Washed Hair as well as a longer high-impact blonding session called the Drift Signature Session. Gray coverage is handled through root touch-ups that are typically maintained every four to eight weeks. Extension consultations and installations are also offered, along with a keratin treatment for frizzy, coarse or hard-to-manage hair.

Clients should book with the salon's policies in mind. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, with a charge of half the scheduled service for late cancellations and the full appointment for no-shows. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service is refused or rescheduled, and the salon does not double book. Clients with an unpaid balance need to settle it before booking again. Hours run Tuesday through Friday, with Wednesday open latest and Thursday and Friday closing early in the afternoon; the salon is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
