Massage is the core of the menu. Drift Customizable Massage is the spa's signature Swedish and deep tissue massage, offered in 30, 60 or 90 minute lengths. Hot Stone Massage uses heated basalt stones. Hydrotherm Massage is given on warm water-filled bags with the client lying face up, and the spa describes it as suited to expecting mothers. Fassage pairs a 60 or 90 minute massage with a mini facial, and Duet Massage lets two people share a room for 60 or 90 minutes.

Skin care includes custom facials for concerns such as fine lines, acne and wrinkles, plus a dermaplaning treatment or facial, a back facial aimed at redness, breakouts and irritation, and a teen facial for young adults' acne and sensitivity. Pro Peels are chemical peels by Farmhouse Fresh using a 30% acid blend. The spa recommends a peel every four weeks, with three to six sessions for best results. The spa describes its skin care products as ethical and good for both the skin and the planet.

Hair removal covers the face, underarms, body and legs, with several Brazilian options and a separate price for first-time or longer-gap visits. Brow services include tinting with shaping, brow lamination lasting six to eight weeks, and a combined tint and lamination. For brow lamination, clients are asked to stop topical retinols at least a week beforehand. The Dartmouth nail menu includes a Drift Mani, a gel mani, a Polished and Perfect pedicure and a Drift Away pedicure with a hot jetted tub, plus a builder gel system that lasts three or more weeks and custom nail art priced by inquiry.

Booking policies: appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service total, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 75%.
