Every new patient begins with a 60-minute consultation with Dr. Gerstman, which must happen before any treatment is booked. The visit reviews medical history, aesthetic goals and previous treatments, and includes a facial and anatomical assessment that looks at proportions, volume, muscle movement, skin elasticity and texture. Each consultation includes an AI skin analysis called Aura, which produces a printed report to take home, and the same imaging is used for before and after photos that track progress over time.
