Booking requires a $30 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total at the visit. Final payment is taken by Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Appointments are for one client at a time, so guests are not allowed to attend with a client.
Clients must be 18 or older, and a valid government-issued photo ID must be shown in person at the appointment. Clients with eye irritation, an eye infection, eye-affecting allergies, or a recent eye procedure are asked to reschedule, and service may be refused if eye concerns are present at the visit.
Refills are available when at least 40% of extensions remain. A full new set may be needed if retention drops below that level or if the last visit was more than three weeks earlier. Changing to a different style or lash map means booking a full set, since refills only maintain the current style. The business offers a three-day guarantee against abnormal or excessive shedding, counted from the service date.
Cancellations and reschedules must be sent by text or email at least 48 hours ahead, and one reschedule is allowed within 14 days, subject to availability. Clients who miss an appointment cannot book future ones. Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice, or 15 minutes late for any reason, counts as a no-show.
Lash work is organized around named styles and maintenance rules, with clear timing, deposit, and refill terms set out in advance.
