Lash services include eyelash extensions in any style, which start with an in-person consultation on the day of the appointment, and standard fills for any type of set. A fill needs at least 40% of the lashes to remain; if fewer remain, the price may change. Removal is also offered. The Korean lash lift is one of the studio's listed services, which it describes as a gentle method that lifts and curls natural lashes using softer solutions. Brow services include a brow clean up, a shaping with wax clean up, and brow lamination, which comes with wax and an optional tint at no extra charge. Mustache waxing is also available. Two bundles pair a lash service with brow lamination at a combined price.

Hours are Monday to Wednesday from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, and Thursday and Friday from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. The studio is closed on weekends. Brow lamination has listed contraindications, including recent permanent makeup that has not fully healed after six weeks. Products containing AHA, BHA or retinoids, and Accutane, must be stopped seven days before a brow lamination.
