Dreamhouse STL sells clothing and accessories, both in its Olive Blvd shop and online. Clothing categories include tops, bottoms, sets, dresses, outerwear, and jumpsuits and rompers, alongside accessories. Listed items run from $5 to $175, and some pieces are available to pre-order.

Orders placed by 3 p.m. ship the same day. Processing takes 24 to 48 hours, followed by 3 to 5 days to ship, and packages go by U.S. Postal Service with roughly 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Orders placed on a national holiday, or after 3 p.m. Eastern on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, ship the next business day. International delivery can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. The business is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so delivery disputes go through the Postal Service, and packages returned for an incorrect address carry extra shipping fees before they are sent again.

Makeup sessions can be booked online, and the two makeup artists offer 3D mink eyelashes, eyebrow sculpting, eye makeup and full face makeup, with multi-session options and specials. Questions can go to the shop by email or through the contact form, with replies within 24 to 48 hours. Clients who tag the shop on Instagram with outfit photos may be considered for its Instagram feature.
