New clients usually begin with a 30-minute consultation, which costs $30 and requires a $20 deposit. It is used to learn about the client's skin, set up a routine and plan treatment. Facials run from a 40-minute Dermaplane Mini Facial to a 70-minute Sculpt & Glow Thermalift Facial, which uses a stem cell-infused activator, a skin-refining powder mask, and a Gua Sha Thermalift tool with red and blue LED light. The Rejuvenation Facial is the salon's own description of its best-selling facial, a customized cleanse, exfoliation and nourishment treatment. Acne services are fully tailored to each client's acne type and use the Face Reality line.

A Brow Tint + Shape package lets clients buy one visit and get the next at half off. Before brow waxing, tinting or lamination, clients should avoid retinol for 7 days, chemical peels for 2 weeks, and Accutane for 6 months.

Booking policies: appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. Cancelling, rescheduling or missing an appointment within 24 hours carries a 40% fee charged to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when clients book services normally.
