New and returning clients start with a Healthy Hair Consultation, about 2 hours, to talk through their hair goals and choose the right service. Consultations can be booked by text, phone or email, and in-person consultations need an on-site appointment. Weaves also require a consultation first, and first-time color clients must have one too.
The core of the menu is hydration steam treatments. The Dream Hydration Silk Press comes in four levels, Basic, Deluxe, Supreme and Ultimate Supreme, and there are matching steam treatments for natural styles and two-strand twists, each about 1 hour 30 minutes or more. A Hydration Dream Treatment Experience can be added to any regular service as a steam bath with shampoo, and essential oils for hair growth can be included. Dream Color is custom color made for each client, about 2 hours 30 minutes or more. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday 9:30 am to 8:30 pm, Friday 9:30 am to 9 pm, and Sunday 10 am to 6 pm, and is closed Wednesday and Saturday.
