Color is a major part of the menu. Options include add-on gloss, glaze or toner services added to a color appointment, stand-alone gloss treatments, single process color and touch-ups, highlights, and balayage, which is painted freehand for a gradual lightness toward the ends. Custom color starts with a consultation so timing and pricing can be set.
Cutting services include the Calligraphy Cut, a German technique that builds volume and texture with an angled blade, and the Precision Curl Cut, which is done on dry curly hair. New clients need a consultation before a Precision Curl Cut. Clients are asked to come in with hair washed no more than two days earlier, with little or no product, and not tied up. Consultations are also needed for perms and for off-site work.
Bridal work is offered on site and off site. Bridal hair design and a bridal trial each start at $250 and do not include a wash and blowout, so hair should be washed and dried the day before without a flat iron. A trial is recommended before the wedding day and needs at least an hour. Hair design for special occasions, half-up styles and braids starts at $150, and clients must bring their own extensions. Clients are also asked to shampoo and dry their hair the night before certain color and treatment appointments.
