Lash sets are built from mink lashes applied one at a time to the natural lashes with adhesive. Sets range from soft, natural-looking styles to fuller, glamorous looks, and the design is chosen around each client's eye shape, daily routine and the result they want. The studio works mostly with women who want to feel polished and confident.

Clients book online or by texting the studio, and new clients text to book and sign a contract after booking. Appointments must be prebooked and prepaid, and walk-ins are accepted when a slot is open, from 8am to 5pm, with the last walk-in at 3:30pm. Aftercare is simple: keep lashes dry for the first 48 hours, after which swimming, showering and sweating are fine.

Beyond services, the studio sells lash supplies and runs lash education. The Boss Lash Training Course and Dream's Vault training materials are offered to people who want to learn lash extensions.

Each set is designed around the client's eye shape, lifestyle and the look they want, from natural to full glam.
