Add-ons such as nail art, gems and French tips are layered onto full sets or fills, and 3D art is priced by the number of fingers and the design's complexity. Airbrush and hand-drawn art are priced from a starting point. Fills are for nails under four weeks old; nails four weeks or older need a rebalance first. The soak-off service removes acrylic or hard gel extensions and includes a mini manicure, nail trim, cuticle cleanup and clear polish.
Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius. Buy Now, Pay Later can be arranged in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are available. Credit card payments carry a 3% convenience fee.
Only the client being serviced may come into the studio, and clients are asked to wash their hands before service and to arrive no more than 10 minutes early unless told otherwise. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead. Short-notice cancellations are charged 40% of the service. Clients more than 15 minutes late cannot be serviced, and the appointment is cancelled with a 40% fee. No-shows are charged the full service price and are banned from booking future services.
The studio is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
