Deposits are non-refundable, and appointments without one are cancelled. Payment in the salon is by cash, check or Venmo. Children are not permitted in the salon.
The studio does not take on nail repair or fill work started at other salons, or fill enhancements it did not apply itself. Services carry a 3-day warranty that covers listed incidents at no charge.
Equipment is medically sterilized and fresh disposable tools are used for each client. The studio states that it aims to give clients an excellent experience and results that exceed expectations.
