Extensions are a large part of the menu. Dual system extensions can be done in short, medium or long lengths using polygel, acrylic, builder gel or hard gel. Gel-X extensions use soft gel tips. Acrylic sets are available with tips or sculpted over forms. Filling is a maintenance visit for existing enhancements, and a product layer over natural nails is offered when no added length is wanted.

Manicures and pedicures come in classic regular polish, classic gel (cured under LED or UV light), and dry versions with either regular polish or gel. Gel manicures last about one to two weeks and gel pedicures about three to six weeks. Russian manicures use an e-file and manual tools for cuticle work, and the aesthetic version applies polish close to the cuticle. Russian pedicure options are also offered in combined and aesthetic forms.

The spa menu includes the Dream Spa Manicure, which pairs an aesthetic Russian manicure with exfoliating salts, hydrating gel, nourishing oils, warm paraffin and a hand massage. The matcha spa pedicure, the Luxury Russian Spa Pedicure and the Dream Signature gel pedicure each include exfoliation, a mask, paraffin and a massage, and some add hot stones and a beverage and snack. The Matcha Dual Luxury Experience performs a matcha spa pedicure and a Russian manicure at the same time and includes polygel sculpted extensions and custom designs. The business describes these as luxury experiences.

Nail care services include nail specialization for ingrown and embedded nails, onycholysis, nail detachment and fungal conditions, described as professional, non-invasive care. Other options are nail prophylaxis and correction, a combined podiatry follow-up, and a nail delamination treatment. Product removal is offered for acrylic, gel, polygel or regular polish, and it is free when the product was originally applied at the salon. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice lose the deposit, one reschedule or transfer is allowed with 24 hours notice, arriving more than 15 minutes late adds a $20 fee, and arriving more than 20 minutes late cancels the appointment.
