Every facial begins with a consultation and a full skin analysis. The studio's stated approach is skin that looks good without makeup, progress over perfection, and healthy skin. Treatments are built around each client's history, home routine and skin analysis rather than a fixed menu, and many clients come in about every four weeks to combine home care with in-studio work.

Standard facials run about 60 minutes and include a double cleanse, exfoliation, massage, a mask and finishing products, with light extractions if needed. Daytime facials finish with sunscreen. Aromatherapy with essential oils and botanical ingredients is included in the price, and the studio says its facial prices are all-inclusive with no surprise charges or required add-ons. Spa wraps are available for modesty and comfort during facials and waxing.

The studio's most specialized work includes acne-focused facials with optional LED light and extended extractions, a Rejuvenating facial using LightStim+ LED, body facials and body masks adjusted to the skin's condition, and chemical peels. Acidic peels are customized to skin tolerance and use glycolic, salicylic and lactic acids, along with manual scrubs and fruit-based enzymes. Peels are offered as an incremental series sold as a package, and the most advanced treatments are recommended after consistent visits and home care rather than booked outright.

Hair removal is a large part of the menu. Waxing is recommended about every four to six weeks, with no more than five weeks between visits, and clients are advised to avoid tweezing or shaving in between.

Appointments are requests made through GlossGenius, and new clients can request a first visit one day ahead. Returning clients can book four or more hours in advance by text or online. A card on file is required to book, and cancellations or rescheduling with 24 or more hours of notice carry no penalty. The studio asks for a questionnaire and policy acknowledgements before each visit. Parking is free but timed, and the studio suggests allowing at least three hours for appointments. Early arrivals can wait in the upstairs lobby at The Suites on Lime.

Treatments are customized after a skin analysis, aiming for makeup-optional skin, progress over perfection and healthy skin, with a product line chosen for each client rather than one size for all.
