Dream Hair Tulsa operates from a corner suite on Boulder Avenue, between 15th and 16th Streets, in the Liberty Tower complex in downtown Tulsa. Free street parking is available around the tower, and there is a dedicated lot behind the building.

The studio offers three custom color packages built around foil placement. The Mini Foil Package, starting at $250, uses 10 to 15 custom-placed foils and takes about 2.5 hours. The Partial Foil Package, starting at $280, uses 20 to 30 foils and takes about 3.5 hours. The Full Foil Package, starting at $320, uses 40 or more foils and takes about 4 hours. Each package includes one gloss and a custom haircut and style.

First-time clients are generally directed to the Full Foil Package, which is meant to set up a strong base for later color work. Foil services start only at fixed times: 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 12:30, 1:00 or 1:30, though a stylist may agree to a different slot if you request one by text. If you aren't sure which service fits, you can text ahead for a consultation. Include a photo of your current hair, one or two inspiration shots for color, and a short summary of your color history, noting any permanent dye. According to the salon's gallery examples, clients typically return every two to six months between foil visits.
