The menu covers a wide range of hair work. Color services run from gloss and root smudge to full color, ombre, color blocking and vivid coloring, and there are several highlight options including money piece, splash, partial and full head foils. Root touch-ups are available for gray coverage or a full color retouch, and a scalp lightener retouch is offered as a separate service that includes toner. Extensions can be moved up, and keratin and deep-conditioning treatments are also on the menu, along with cuts for toddlers, children, teens, men and women and a blow out.

Clients who are unsure what they need can start with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through their goals, which the salon offers for color corrections, vivid colors and extensions. A separate service consultation is free and takes 30 minutes.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations made within 24 hours, and no-call, no-show appointments, are charged 20% of the booked services, while changes made more than 24 hours ahead are not charged.
