Booking has firm timing rules. A $20 late fee applies to clients who arrive 10 minutes late, payable before the service starts. A client who is 20 minutes late without calling is cancelled automatically.
Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and clients may rebook for another day. Deposits are non-refundable. A no-call, no-show forfeits the deposit and means no future appointments.
