Dreadlock services include starter locs, interlocking, retwists, palm rolling, loc extensions with consultation, hair matching, installation, blending and aftercare, and reattachments and repairs. Crochet loc repair and maintenance uses a crochet method to repair, tighten and restore locs. Loc separation, loc combining, loc removal and tangle and matted hair removal are also offered.

Braiding includes box braids, Ghana braids, feed-in braids, Goddess braids, French braids, sew-ins, crochet, Bantu knots and blow outs. Natural hair services include two strand twists, twist outs, coils, Mohawk braid-up styles and trims for natural, permed or damaged hair. The salon does not offer barbering.

Scalp and hair care options include a loc detox service, offered as steam detox or soaking detox with a special product, dry and itchy scalp treatment, dreadlock washes with conditioner, a dreadlock strengthener and a frizz treatment. A Steam Therapy Membership is a monthly subscription at $25, which steam sessions, scalp detox, priority booking and member discounts can be part of. New clients may book a free consultation, and returning clients can book their next service online. Hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.
