Acrylic, Gel-X and structured gel full sets are each offered with a range of art levels, so clients can choose anything from a basic clean set to a complex custom design.

The art levels are set up in tiers. A minimal level covers two nail designs or a full chrome or cat eye finish, a second level adds simple or French-style designs, a third level follows Instagram and Pinterest-style looks with a limited number of charms included, and the top level is a complex detailed set with full custom art, 3D work and sculpted shapes. Each tier lists its own appointment length, which helps clients plan their visit. Listed prices are base prices and can change depending on the design.

Booking is handled with a valid card on file and a non-refundable deposit that counts toward the total. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment and must be paid in cash. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a $55 fee. Reschedules also need 48 hours' notice, one reschedule is allowed per appointment, and moving to a new month requires a new deposit. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $10 late fee may apply or the appointment may be cancelled. No-shows are charged the remaining balance. New clients should arrive with bare nails, and appointments may be declined if nails are injured or compromised. Work done by other technicians is not soaked off, and clients are asked to book only when they are sure of their availability.
