Color is the core of the menu. Balayage is hand-painted in open air without foils, and the salon also offers babylights, partial highlights, color and highlight touch-ups, and corrective double-process color for hair that has been colored before. Vivid coloring uses bold shades such as electric blues, fiery reds, deep purples, neon greens and pastels, and darker hair is bleached first so the shade can take. Balayage, IBE extensions, vivid coloring and haircutting all begin with a consultation.

Extensions are a separate specialty. IBE (Invisible Bead Extensions) attaches hair with beads rather than glue or heat, and each set begins with a consultation to choose the right extensions. Tape-in and sew-in extensions, K-tip installs, moving up existing extensions and removal are also offered, along with extension consultations.

Cutting, styling and treatments round out the menu. Haircuts are precise, and the salon suggests a trim every six to eight weeks. Services include blowouts, a flat iron finish, toner, Olaplex, Brazilian Bond Builder protein treatment, Keratin, and a thermal hydration treatment called Hair Restoration Treatment with a blowout. Services for weddings and proms can be arranged as custom packages, and on-site appointments are available when needed.

A visit starts with telling the stylist what you want. Clients can bring a photo of a style they like, and stylists take hair type and face shape into account. Preferred product brands can be requested, and the salon uses professional-grade products chosen for different hair types and needs. Appointments can be booked online, by phone or in person, and a time estimate is given at booking. A haircut usually takes 45 minutes to an hour, while more involved color and treatments can run longer. Clients are asked to wash their hair the night before and arrive with clean, dry hair, and specific instructions are available on request. Clients who are unhappy with a style are asked to say so before leaving, and adjustments are offered within a set time after the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations may be charged a fee.
