A visit starts with a consultation, and the first one is free. Treatment plans are set after an in-person assessment with a dermatologist, who also carries out the treatment. Prices are not published online; quotes are given after the consultation. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice.

The menu covers a wide range of work. Injectables include Botox for wrinkles and face slimming, dermal fillers for contouring, tear troughs, lips, cheeks and hands, collagen stimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse, Kybella, PRP and skin booster injections, and thread lifts combined with injections. Light and laser options include IPL, picosecond and Q-switch lasers, CO2 and erbium fractional lasers, and vascular laser treatments. Radiofrequency and ultrasound options include Thermage and HIFU for the face and neck, and microneedling radiofrequency. Skin management includes deep cleansing with hydration, barrier repair, chemical peels, HydraFacial and acne control. Body contouring includes CoolSculpting, fat reduction, fat dissolving, body tightening and EMS muscle building. Hair and scalp care covers hair transplant, low-level laser therapy and PRP scalp injections. Cosmetic surgery is also listed, including eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, fat grafting, liposuction, facelift and breast surgery.

Medical dermatology services are said to accept most major health insurance, while cosmetic treatments are generally not covered. Payment is accepted by cash, major credit cards and debit cards, and some treatments have financing plans. Appointments can be booked online, by phone at (718) 445-6000, in person, or through WeChat under DrWWMedSpa. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with Sunday by appointment only. The Flushing site is about a two-minute walk from Main St station on the 7 line, the Chinatown site is about five minutes from Canal St station, and the Brooklyn site is about two minutes from 8 Av station.

Each treatment plan is built after an in-person assessment with a dermatologist, who also performs the treatment.
