Consultations start with an online questionnaire. The office then contacts the patient to set up a one-on-one consultation with the surgeon. Patients can send photos and health history ahead of time through a HIPAA compliant patient portal. At the consultation, the surgeon talks through which techniques are most likely to achieve the result the patient wants, and can build a 3D simulation of breast sizes and profiles, or of abdominoplasty options, from the patient's own photos.

Surgical work is grouped into breast, body and face. Breast procedures include augmentation, lift, reduction, gynecomastia, revision and reconstruction. Reconstruction can be started at the time of mastectomy or after healing and any further cancer treatment, using either a tissue expander followed by an implant or tissue flaps taken from the back, thigh or abdomen. Face procedures include facelift, neck lift, neck liposuction, eyelid lift, brow lift, cheek reduction and rhinoplasty. Non-surgical services include neurotoxins, several dermal and lip filler products, Kybella for moderate to severe fat under the chin, chemical peels from superficial to deep strengths, and microneedling as a medical spa treatment.
