New clients are invited to a free consultation. After the medical team talks through each patient's concerns, a treatment plan is created, and licensed professionals carry out the medspa treatments. Returning clients can book their next service through the online booking page, and payment is taken by credit card or PayPal.

The laser menu covers hair removal for men and women on the face and body, using a Cutera ProWave 770 system, and hair removal is offered for darker skin types. Laser Genesis is a non-ablative treatment for fine lines, uneven texture, dullness, redness, rosacea, enlarged pores and acne scars, and the spa states it is much less likely to cause hyperpigmentation in darker skin than many other lasers. IPL Photofacial is used to improve skin tone with minimal downtime, and spider vein treatment is offered for the legs or face after a medical history review.

The injectables and filler menu includes neurotoxin treatments to soften frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet, and dermal fillers used to plump lips, add volume, smooth smile lines and soften facial creases. The spa states it uses FDA-approved fillers. Skin treatments include mild, moderate and medical-grade chemical peels, where medical-grade peels involve downtime, along with hydrodermabrasion, microneedling (which can be combined with PRP), and dermaplaning.

A medically supervised weight loss program uses Ideal Protein, appetite suppressants and B12 injections. Skincare by Epionce, Reve Skin Products and Nutrafol hair and supplement packs are sold on site.

Treatments and consultations are medically supervised by a board-certified physician, and each treatment plan is built after the medical team has heard the patient's concerns.
