Dr. Jason Wendel founded the practice after more than ten years as a full-time faculty member in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center. The practice describes itself as one of the leading plastic surgery practices in Nashville, and says its providers together have more than 40 years of plastic surgery, aesthetic and dermatologic experience. The office is Spanish-speaking and serves non-English speakers.

The practice says it believes confidence can strongly affect a person's life. Care starts with a conversation about each patient's needs, goals and concerns, and the team builds an individualized plan from there. Consultations can be requested through the online contact form. Surgical procedures such as facelifts, body and breast surgery, rhinoplasty, reconstructive surgery and hair restoration are performed at a hospital or an accredited ambulatory surgery center, since general anesthesia is not given at the office. Liposuction is performed under anesthesia in a fully accredited surgical facility.

The office occupies both floors of a medical office building served by an elevator. The ground floor holds check-in and check-out, the general waiting area, the medical aesthetics space and the laser rooms. The second floor houses cosmetic and reconstructive surgery space and a private VIP waiting room with its own entrance and exit. Parking is on site in front and back lots. The practice describes the setting as comfortable and relaxed. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

New consultations with Dr. Wendel cost $250, and with Paige Hastings or Jessica Abbott $125. A consultation that includes same-day treatment with Paige Hastings or Jessica Abbott costs $200 to $250, and with Britni Brown $75. The consultation fee is kept as a credit toward procedures for up to 90 days, and is retained if the patient does not proceed. Botox, Dysport and Xeomin are priced by the type and amount of product used, excluding tax and discounts. Botox Lip Flip and Brow Lift start at $150. Halo laser and other laser technology treatments are priced on request by phone, and liposuction pricing is given by call and includes surgeon, anesthesia and facility fees. Payment options include major cards, cash, cashier's checks, CareCredit and payment plans, with personal checks accepted from established surgical patients only. Rescheduling or cancelling requires at least 48 hours' notice, and a $200 late cancellation or no-show fee applies.
