Surgical work covers the face, nose, eyes, lips, ears and Asian cosmetic procedures, including facelift, neck lift, chin augmentation, facial fat transfer, rhinoplasty, septoplasty and revision rhinoplasty. Facial fat transfer uses the patient's own fat, usually taken from the abdomen or inner or outer thigh, and clients should expect swelling and a fuller look for several weeks afterward. The practice also performs buccal fat pad reduction, cervical liposuction and lip lift.

Non-surgical services include Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, Juvéderm, Kybella, Radiesse, Restylane, Sculptra, microneedling, chemical peels, platelet-rich fibrin matrix, thread lift, Clear + Brilliant laser treatments and laser skin resurfacing. Medical-grade facials and chemical peels are performed by clinical aestheticians on the team. Fillers and neurotoxins are given in the office, with appointments running from about 15 minutes to an hour depending on how many areas are treated. A first Botox visit may take one to two hours, while routine Botox visits usually take 30 minutes or less.

Most non-surgical procedures, Botox included, can be done at home. A concierge patient coordinator arranges services and accommodations for local and out-of-town patients. Video consultations are open to local, out-of-town and international patients and can be requested through the contact form. Most procedures are cosmetic and paid by the patient directly, and for North American patients, CareCredit and Cherry offer financing. The VIP membership includes customized treatment plans, preferred booking, a monthly subscription, product delivery and member-only specials. Staff receive ongoing training in cosmetic procedures, what to expect before and after treatment, skincare, and care at home.
