Facials are the core of the menu, from a Teen Facial at $130 and a Men Facial at $160 to an Anti-aging Facial at $285 and a Detox Deep Cleansing Facial at $299. Options also include a Sensitive Calming Facial at $199, an Acne Extraction Facial at $249 and a quicker Express Facial. Each facial is adjusted to the client's skin type and condition and moves through six steps: steam cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a mask chosen for the skin's condition, then moisturizing and protection.
The advanced treatment menu is the longest group. Other offerings are HydroFacial, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, Glow Vitamin C, oxygen skin therapy, a HIFU face lift, cryo therapy with laser rejuvenation, and skin tag removal. The Vampire Velvet Peel ($249) applies a chemical solution to the skin, which the site says causes blistering and then peeling, and sunscreen is applied afterward.
Lash extensions come in six styles: Classic Look, Mega Classic, Hybrid Wispy, Light Volume, Volume Drama and Mega Volume. Mega Volume application is said to take about 2 hours 20 minutes, with refills about 1 hour 30 minutes. Extensions are said to last 2 to 3 weeks, and clients are advised to book a refill after 3 weeks. A Lash Lift & Tint is also offered. Eyebrow services include Eyebrow Shape & Tint at $95 and Brow Lamination. Body treatments include a Back Acne Facial at $149 and Permanent Hair Removal.
Booking is done online: choose a service and location, then a date and time, and pay a $50 deposit, which is deducted from the total service cost. Clients who reach 10 visits receive one extra visit free, referrals earn rewards for both the referrer and the new client, and a membership program called GG Membership is offered. The business also sells its own in-house skincare products, including cleansers, serums and toners, through a shop on its website.
Facials are customized to skin type and condition, and lash application places gel patches under the eyes to protect the skin and lid area.
