The studio was founded by Dr. Cris Andrade, a US-licensed Registered Nurse and aesthetic nurse injector who brought a practice built over more than 14 years in Brazil and the United States to New York City. Her background includes a residency at a large public trauma hospital in Brazil, surgical training in face and neck microsurgery, and time in the Brazilian Navy.

Every visit begins with a required consultation. Plans are built after a full facial assessment, and the studio describes combining fillers, Botox and hair treatments within one plan when that suits a patient. Botox appointments include a medical history review, and the studio does not treat patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Filler appointments usually take 30 to 60 minutes with numbing cream, and patients are advised to avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and alcohol for 24 hours afterward.

Beyond injectables, the menu covers chemical peels, a PDO thread lift, CO2 fractional laser resurfacing, microneedling with exosomes, and regenerative aesthetics. The studio says it was among the first practices in New York to offer exosome treatments. It describes the exosomes as cell-free, sourced in the United States from human umbilical cord tissue, and made in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities. Hair exosome treatment is given as a series of scalp microinjections, usually two to three sessions four to six weeks apart, with maintenance once or twice a year.

Clients can book online, by phone or by WhatsApp. Consultations and treatments are offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. The studio also sells its own skincare, supplements and hair care online, developed by the founder. It patients from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Westchester and New Jersey, and says it offers flexible payment options for Botox.

Treatments are planned around facial proportion and the biological processes behind aging, with the aim of natural-looking results that enhance a patient's own features.
