Dr. Ben Tracy MD Medical Aesthetics is a physician-led medical aesthetics practice with two locations, in Draper and Lehi. The Lehi clinic operates from inside The Injector Collective, and bookings for both clinics are made through that site. Parking is available on site in Lehi. Draper is open every weekday and on the first Saturday of each month, while Lehi is open Monday through Friday. Draper serves patients from Sandy, Riverton, South Jordan, Bluffdale, Herriman and Cottonwood Heights. Lehi serves patients from American Fork, Highland, Alpine, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Orem and Provo.

The menu covers the upper face, lower face and skin. Upper face work includes Botox for forehead lines, the lines between the brows and crow's feet, plus a Botox brow lift that changes how the muscles pull on the brow area and preventative Botox. Lower face work includes masseter Botox and TMJ treatment, lip flip, gummy smile treatment and Kybella, which dissolves fat under the chin. Filler is offered for lips, jawline and chin, and under the eyes, and is priced per syringe. Sculptra is offered as a collagen stimulator rather than a filler, used to rebuild support in faces that have thinned. SKINVIVE is offered for skin quality and softer neck lines, and a face after weight loss treatment addresses facial volume that can be lost with rapid weight loss. Botox for men is offered as its own plan, separate from the women's plan. Medical weight loss uses semaglutide or tirzepatide and is prescribed in person by a physician. Facials and skin treatments are also available with an aesthetician, and medical grade skincare is sold in clinic.

Pricing is shared in a few places. Dysport is priced so the total for the same treatment matches Botox, though one Dysport unit is not equivalent to one Botox unit; roughly two and a half Dysport units are used per Botox unit. Filler pricing is quoted by calling or texting the clinic. Exact pricing for a treatment is given at the assessment, before anything is injected, and a quoted treatment plan and total are provided before any injection.

Membership comes in three tiers: Just Sunscreen at $99 per month, Good Genes at $175 per month and Plausible Deniability at $299 per month. Members receive 10, 15 or 20 percent off toxin, filler and in-clinic skincare, depending on the tier. Dues are banked as credit that does not expire and can be spent on any service offered. Memberships run twelve months, billed monthly, then continue month to month, and they can be frozen for up to three months in any twelve-month period. Leaving before twelve months requires 30 days notice and a one-month early exit fee, which is waived for moves over 25 miles or a documented medical reason. Each tier includes a birthday credit, and a streak bonus is paid for returning within three months of a qualifying treatment, up to four times a year. Membership is signed up in person, the credit is not transferable and has no cash value, and Allē points can be used at the same visit as membership credit.

Clinical details and photographs should not be sent by text; clients are asked to bring them to the appointment. Suitability for treatment is decided in consultation, and the practice notes that individual results vary and nothing on its materials is a guarantee of outcome.

Upper face treatment is planned as one connected system covering the forehead, brow area and outer eye corner rather than one area at a time, and Botox and filler are planned at the assessment with the dose and total given before treatment begins.
