There are two studios. The Santa Ana location is at 218 W. 3rd Street, with paid parking in an adjacent lot, a structure across the street and metered street parking that takes coins and major credit cards. The Brea location is at 330 N Brea Blvd. Suite J in Founder's Plaza, with free parking. Both offer sugaring, facials, brows and lash lifts. Santa Ana is open Tuesday to Friday 8 AM to 8:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 9:30 AM to 4 PM.

The bikini menu is organized around first-time and maintenance visits. Virgin Brazilian is for clients new to hair removal or more than about six and a half weeks since their last appointment, while the Sweet Spot Brazilian is for clients within six and a half weeks of a previous sugaring. Several bikini options combine a Brazilian with underarms, partial upper thigh, booty cheeks or a vajacial. The Ultimate Downtown Brazilian and Virgin versions with a vajacial add an enzyme treatment, extractions, a jelly mask and a high-frequency treatment. The Ultimate Cheeky Glow is a one-hour-and-fifteen-minute backside treatment that uses a HydraFacial or Glo2Facial technique with a customized mask and LED light therapy. Hair should be about 1/8 inch long before a sugaring appointment, and sugaring can be repeated as often as every three weeks.

The facial menu ranges from The Ritual 60, an apothecary-style facial with fewer modalities than The Ritual, to HydraFacial, Glo2Facial, Platinum HydraFacial with lymphatic drainage and a shoulder, arm and hand massage, DMK enzyme treatment, Procell microchanneling and the Bio Re Peel series. Procell appointments require a phone screening before the service. Brow services include brow lamination with lift, shape and color stain, and the brow tint colors brow hair rather than skin and lasts up to a month.

Cancellations and changes are handled by phone, text reply or the automated booking system, and clients receive a reminder email 48 hours ahead. Regular services must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance and facials at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows carry a fee, and clients arriving more than 5 minutes late need to call. Prices and services can change, so the online booking system shows the current full menu.
