The wig line is hand ventilated and machine sewn with single donor virgin hair, either Indian or Brazilian. Wigs come in T-Part (13x6x2), 5x5 closure and glue-less lace front (13x6x6) styles. Ready-to-wear units arrive pre-plucked with pre-bleached knots, and cap sizes run small, medium and occasionally large, with an adjustable band and combs. Orders are shipped through USPS in one to five business days with a signature required, and free delivery applies to orders over $100. Wigs are final sale, with exchanges accepted only for unworn units with the lace still attached and requested within three days of receipt. Ready-to-wear units have a processing time of eight to 14 business days, and orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
