First-time guests are booked into a 90-minute Signature Skin Reset, which pairs exfoliation and masking with LED light treatment, serums chosen for the skin concern, and advice on what to do at home between visits. The 60-minute Refresh Treatment, built around hydration and supporting the skin barrier, is reserved for clients who have already visited.
For acne, the Acne Healing Program begins with a 90-minute consultation and treatment that includes skin analysis, enzyme exfoliation, a hydrating mask, targeted serums, LED therapy and high-frequency as needed. A customized home-care routine, around $200, is purchased at that first visit, and follow-up treatments are then booked every two weeks or monthly.
Clients who prefer not to come in can use the virtual programs. A one-time Custom Skin Plan includes a skin analysis and a personalized morning and evening routine with product recommendations, while Glow Up runs two to four weeks with check-ins and ongoing one-to-one esthetician guidance. The 8-week Skin Reset is a corrective program for acne-prone, sensitive or overwhelmed skin, and it is kept small so each client gets personal support.
Before booking, clients can send photos and describe their concerns for a free skin check, which produces a recommended next step. The business says most clients invest in a customized home routine and that the first priority is the products that will make the biggest difference within each client's budget.
Treatments are customized to each client's skin, with the aim of helping clients understand their skin rather than only treating it.
