The menu is centered on facials, with a range of options from a basic European facial and Hydrafacial treatments to Biologique Recherche, Valmont and MBR facials. Several facials combine devices such as microcurrent, LED light, oxygen and microdermabrasion, and the OxyLight Signature Treatment pairs oxygen infusion with LED light, microcurrent, microdermabrasion and lymphatic drainage. Facial add-ons can be added to many of these.

Beyond the face, the spa offers body treatments including a sea salt and botanical exfoliating polish, a hydrating body cocoon, and a D Contour body wrap that uses microcurrent and infrared light. Manicures and pedicures range from a classic manicure to a 90-minute pedicure with aromatherapy, callus care and lower-leg massage, and a long list of waxing and hair removal services is available. Hair removal is done with laser, electrolysis or waxing, according to the salon.

The salon has been mentioned in press over the years. A 2024 Forbes article, which the salon quotes, called it a must-visit destination on the Upper East Side. The salon also says it was featured in a 2017 New York Times article about its loyal clientele and in Vogue in 2015 and 2002.

First visits begin with a short consultation form, and a specialist reviews any contraindications before treatment. The salon also offers massages and facials for expectant mothers, usually after the first trimester, and for nursing clients, and asks that these be mentioned when booking. Group experiences such as birthday and bridal events can be customized. Gift vouchers are sold at reception for specific treatments or for custom amounts.

Treatments are personalized to each client's needs, according to the salon. The spa works only with luxury skincare brands and uses products that clients can buy for use at home.
