Doré Head Spa

Doré Head Spa was founded by Taylor, a licensed cosmetologist and certified hair loss practitioner, and the business calls itself Danville's first head spa. Sessions are one-on-one, with only one client booked per appointment, so the practitioner's full attention stays on that client.

Each visit starts with a scalp analysis using professional diagnostic technology to determine scalp and hair type. The service is then shaped around what that analysis shows, and the business aims to build trust-based relationships with clients over time.

The menu centers on a few named services. Deluxe Signature Scalp Care is a 75-minute session that combines a scalp cleanse, scalp and facial massage, Milbon conditioning and a waterfall head bath, finished with a basic blow dry and a take-home conditioning treatment. Deluxe Anti-Aging Scalp Therapy runs 90 minutes, uses Milbon's EV Gold line, and is described by the business as its most popular anti-aging treatment.

New clients are asked to complete an intake form before arriving, and clients are asked to wash their hair at least two days ahead of treatment and to avoid coloring or chemical services one week before and after.
