Alongside regular hair services, the salon offers non-surgical hair replacement and hair enhancement for women and men experiencing thinning or hair loss. Systems include lace scalp, poly thin skin and poly/lace styles, and custom fitted silk base units and toppers, which begin with a wig consultation before ordering. The business says its HairHaven systems are made from raw and virgin human hair.

Ready-made wigs and units are also sold. The Glam & Go line of glueless wigs has a 7x5 lace area, pre-plucked hairlines and pre-bleached knots, in Yaki Straight, Wavy, Curly and Kinky Curly textures and in natural, highlighted and ombré shades. Traditional hair units are made from raw and virgin Indian human hair and are hand-selected and quality-tested by Donita Smith. Cutting and coloring customizations are only available with customized hair units.

One-on-one virtual consultations cover goals, pricing, profitability, marketing, client retention and growth, or curriculum and lesson planning for educators. A 90-minute live Zoom masterclass, The Art of the Consultation, costs $99 and includes a downloadable consultation packet, sample forms and a replay. Free online courses are also available.

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, and standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving an order. Custom wigs made to order, clearance items and final sale items cannot be returned, and direct exchanges are not offered. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos.

Clients are assessed through consultation, whether a first phone call before a salon visit, a wig consultation before a custom unit, or a virtual coaching session.
