The studio's focus is natural nail care. Services are planned around the condition of each client's own nails, and nail art is a specialty alongside Gel-X work and customized services. The Reset & Restore Manicure is designed for people moving from acrylic enhancements to natural nails, and includes professional acrylic removal.
Pedicures include the Done Up Pedi, which combines a warm foot soak, nail trimming and filing, cuticle care, gentle buffing, a foot scrub and a leg and foot massage with hydrating lotion, finished with traditional polish. The Done Up Gel Pedi adds gel polish to the same service and takes a little longer.
Booking requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be charged 30% of the scheduled service, and no-shows or cancellations with less than 6 hours' notice are charged the full price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the appointment. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit.
