Every visit starts with a 30-minute one-on-one consultation, which is free, to talk through hair goals and plan a custom service. The salon describes its client experience as upscale and says it is the top priority.

The menu runs from quick trims and bang trims to longer appointments such as transformational blonding, which is listed at 300 minutes starting at $260, and blonding transformations at 240 minutes for $310. Hand-tied extension installs take about 165 minutes; the price varies and extension costs are billed separately. Extension deposits are non-refundable, and bead adjustments and re-ties are free for seven days, after which a $10 adjustment fee applies.
