Bookings are made through the online scheduling page, and a deposit confirms the appointment. Walk-ins are taken only after a call to check availability. The studio is open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on its open days and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The booking page also offers add-ons such as rope twists, loc repairs and waist-length options.
Full head loc extensions start at $500 and use 100% human hair to add instant length or extend existing locs. Loc repairs start at $15 and use crochet needles to address thinning and broken locs. Micro, traditional and wicks maintenance start at $85 and include shampooing, minor repairs and retwisting of new growth. Interlocs and crochet maintenance start at $120, with new growth tightened at the root. Starter locs start at $100 and are offered with six techniques after a consultation, while instant starter locs cost $250.
The studio makes its own oils and shampoos from naturally occurring, organic ingredients and sells them in an online shop, alongside loc jewelry from $5, loc caps for $5 and loc sizes from $35 to $50. Payment is accepted by Apple Pay, cash, credit or debit card, PayPal and Zelle. PayPal payments carry a 2% fee and card payments carry a 6.4% fee.
