Custom wigs take about a week to process and construction runs two to three days, so nothing is ordered or started until payment is made. Partial payments on units are not accepted, deposits are non-refundable, and a booking without a deposit is not held. Hair bought from the salon must be paid for at booking, at least 48 hours ahead.

Lace work has its own timing. Lace items must be dropped off 48 hours before the appointment, and some installs need hair washed and lace left a day in advance. Bookings use a first and last name and require a valid card, which is charged for no-call, no-shows. Clients are asked to bring cash to the appointment, and anyone running late should contact the salon, since there is no grace period for late payments. A one-on-one lace class covers lace execution, customization, foundation technique, weaving and baby hair technique; it needs a model, a frontal or closure, and a deposit.
