The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Hours are 10 AM to 6 PM on Tuesday and Saturday, 11:30 AM to 6 PM on Thursday, and noon to 6 PM on Friday.
Changes to a booking, whether cancelling or moving it, need at least 48 hours' warning. A deposit secures a booking and cannot be refunded. A client who arrives 10 to 15 minutes late is charged a $15 late fee on top of the service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a no-show, and the client owes 30% of the appointment's remaining balance.
